Android Cheat Codes (From PC Version)
Entering Cheat Codes
The developer (Rockstar) said that the android version of GTAIII doesn't support cheats. BUT, it actually does have all the cheats built in from the PC version. The trick is that it requires a keyboard to type them in. On an Android tablet that has a detachable keyboard available, you can simply type the codes easily. But with phone its not so easy. This works on some phones, but it may not work on all. You can try holding down the MENU button on your phone for the keyboard to popup allowing you entry of the codes. All codes can be typed either in the pause menu or in-game. If you can add a bluetooth keyboard, you can try that too. Then just enter the normal PC codes.

Note: If you save the game with any of the cheats enabled, then it may make the effect permanent in your game. For example this happens with the pedestrian code the gore code and the wanted level codes.
Gameplay Cheats
Here are a few more tips and tricks that can be used in GTA 3.
Vehicle Restore
If your current set of wheels is highly damaged, you can enter the full health cheat which inside the vehicle to restore it to full health. It will still looked damaged, but in reality it will be like new!
More cars in the garage
You can get up to 6 cars in any garage that is meant to fit two or more cars in it.
When the garage is full, drive another car right up to the door and get out. Then press triangle as the door is going up, and quickly press X to get the car in. Then repeat that process, you should be able to get up to 6 cars in in a garage meant for two or more, but it may take some shuffling around.
Get Flamethrowers
To get a Flamethrower at your hideout you’ll need to put out a total of 6 fires, that is 20 on each of the 3 islands. You don’t have to put out all of the fires at once, this can be done over a period of time.
Unlimited Health and Adrenaline Pills
Save a total of 50 people while playing paramedic missions and you’ll be awarded with unlimited health icons at your hideout.
Police bribe
In vigilante mode, make 20 kills on each of the three islands and you’ll unlock 6 police bribes that is available at your hideout. You should be doing this in any law enforecement vehicle, and while not playing through any normal mission. While in the car, press R3 to allow you to chase down criminals kill them.
Taxi Speedup
After you have collected 100 fares in cab mode, you’ll unlock the taxi speedup.
